Mr. Sachin S. Nayak is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a practicing Advocate with extensive expertise in financial and legal domains. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mangalore University and completed his Chartered Accountancy articleship under the guidance of CA S. S. Nayak in Mangalore. After successfully clearing the CA final examinations through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he further pursued his passion for law, earning an LLB from Karnataka State Law University.

Mr. Nayak is the founder of SACHIN S NAYAK & CO. a Chartered Accountancy firm with offices located in Bangalore, Mangalore, and Udupi.

He established the law firm SACHIN S NAYAK & CO. where he serves as the founding partner, extending his legal services across Bangalore, Mangalore and Udupi.

In his legal practice, Mr. Nayak regularly appears before the Karnataka High Court and represents clients before various Tribunals, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), as well as other adjudicatory bodies. His Area of practice include Income Tax, GST, Corporate Law, FEMA, and other key areas of Economic Law.

Akshay Alva holds a unique combination of BE (Mechanical) from RVCE Bengaluru & an LLB from SDMLC Mangaluru. After Engineering he worked in L&T Technology Services for almost 4 years and thereafter pursued Law.

He specialises in IPR Laws with rich pratice in litigation, non-litigation in the areas of TM, CR, Design & Patents. He is also a certified Patent Agent.

His other areas of practice are Commercial, Cyber, Contractual, Corporate, Consumer, White Colar Crimes, RERA laws streching across the Quasi Judicial Forums, District Courts & High Courts.

His endeavour along with his partner Sachin Nayak is to introduce Corporate, IPR & such allied Legal Services to the target group in tier-2 cities & smaller towns in a Lucid manner in vernacular & bridge the Gap.

Ms Akhileshwari Gaonkar graduated with Bachelors in Arts from Poornaprajna College Udupi after which she completed her MBA from Bhavans Institute of Management, Mysore. She then completed her LLB from SDM law College Mangalore after which she worked with KSNR Law associates and Advocate Arun Bangera. Currently she is a partner in this firm SACHIN S NAYAK & CO specialising in Criminal Law matters
